They have been married for a year, and got engaged after six months of knowing each other. The couple has one child together.

Holly Madison used to be Hefner’s girlfriend (one of his many), and was featured on his reality show, Girls Next Door. She consistently said she wanted them to get married. However, he said no. She left The Mansion…
Hefner got a new girlfriend (no suprise) and recently got engaged (suprise!).
Holly Madison said the following to people.com:
“After I heard about it, I wanted to save my feelings for the show… I wanted to confront Hef and just get all my feelings out there rather than make a statement.

Hugh Hefner likes very smart women. Two of his ‘Girls Next Door’s girlfriends are authors!
1. First, Kenda Wilkinson wrote Sliding into Home. It is her autobriography about her childhood, hugh hefner, drugs, sex, etc.
2. Now, the lovely Holly Madison wrote The Showgirl Next Door. It is an inside guide to the city of Las Vegas (where she lives), including information about high rollers areas, the desert, famous suites, restaurants, clubs, roller coasters, pool parties, etc… I am looking forward to this book! And so are lots of her fans!
