Most likely because Mike Tyson could not afford the upkeep, mortgage, etc. It’s going to be a much HARDER sell in this condition when you put it on the market. You should put out an ad. A person can live in the mansion RENT FREE if he cleans up the house… I think, someone, or a group of people, would apply for the job…

Shaq, the famous basketball store and reality tv show, is “reported” to be engaged to his girlfriend, Nikki Alexander.
Nikki Alexander was a contestant on I Love Money and, the winner from Flavor of Love’s first season. She really enjoys being on a reality shows. If she marries Shaq (since he is loaded with money), she won’t have to be on another. I wonder, if she will WANT to be on another reality show!
This will be Shaq’s second marriage.

Mark Cuban will be playing HIMSELF on Entourage… He has been on the last two episodes, and consequently, the finale. The episode will air this Sunday.
Mark Cuban has also been The Simpsons (as himself), Beyond The Glory (as Himself), The Benefactor where he gave away his OWN money, and So You Think You Can Dance (as himself).
Hence, the appropiate title of “World’s coolest Billionaire”
